Location Ideal for what we had planned in London, a short walk along the river from Borough Tube station to the hotel. Hotel & Room Exceptional service, greeted by the staff with great enthusiasm and explained all that we needed to know. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was clean, tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Had coffee/tea making facilities and also a hair dryer to use. The decor is fantastic being theatre styled, colours and additions excellently thought out. Breakfast Wow, what can i say for a continental breakfast it had it all. You did not want for anything - cereals, cheese's, ham, salami, fresh fruit and much more. Great value for money.

We had to walk several blocks from the train and arrived when it was dark out. We were a little concerned about safety and the location but we later came to appreciate being within walking and bus service to most tourist sites and the borough market that is close by. The rooms were quiet and we had all the amenities needed. They served a great breakfast and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are very wheelchair friendly for those who need it.

The theme of the hotel was interesting. The breakfast buffet was fresh and complete. The room would have been smallish for two people but was fine for one person with limited luggage. The location is excellent - plenty of good food options near by (Borough Market, DanDan, Casa Franga, etc.), straight subway access from St Pancras International, walking distance to Thames boardwalk and a lot of attractions.

I needed a comfortable hotel in this area and this met our requirements. We were close to the riverfront and the Shakespeare globe theatre. There's a lot of attractions walkable and its a zone 1 ticket from major stations. I appreciated the fact that a wide variety of cold breakfast food was available up to 11 and checkout at 12. Liked being able to get a drink at the bar before bedtime.

The location was brilliant, short walk to the riverside and and a short walk to the London Bridge underground, the view of the shard was amazing. Even from the room! Very close to borough market and lots restaurants. The staff were very inviting and helpful throughout our stay. They allowed us to go to the room early in the day- which was helpful for our luggage.
